So, according to his own tweet, Donald Trump was ten minutes away from launching a military strike against Iran when suddenly an idea struck him: "Wait a minute! These buildings we are about to blow up-- are there any people in them?"
Horrified to learn that there were, in fact, people inside, he called off the bombing.
Up until that point, nobody in his administration thought human lives were important enough to even mention, much less factor into their decision.
Something has gone terribly awry.
A least that gives us some hope that he can think about others and not just himself.
ReplyDelete… I prefer to think that someone who could get his attention made the call and his egomania, once it proved to be the best choice, would not rest until he was credited with making the "final call"...
