...the notion of being in flow goes against modern, and certainly western, beliefs... I think that from worship (think the prosperity gospel of Joel Osteen) to the technology that teaches that not to be "connected" is to be left behind, that finding flow is difficult because none modern philosophy lets you "be" in flow...
a lot of times..it is very HARD ..let reality be reality...but yes! let things flow!
